Fargo dropped a 4-3 decision against Sioux Falls on Friday at the Urban Plains Center.
After taking a 2-0 lead into the second period – on power-play goals from Matt Leitner and Nate Schmidt - Sioux Falls rattled off three power-play goals of its own in the span of 3:31 midway through the second. Schmidt has three goals on the season.
Fargo was able to tie it up on a late power-play goal from Nate Condon, but Matt Zarbo scored midway through the third to give the Stampede the game-winner.
Sioux Falls also beat Fargo on Oct. 3, but that was by a 3-2 score in Sioux Falls. Fargo’s next games are Oct. 16 at Tri-City, and Oct. 17 at Omaha.
pretty weak coverage for the Force this season…a short little blurb about the loss from Friday night in the paper…
It’s because he’s too busy keeping the Minnesota Preps blog at http://www.areavoices.com/mnpreps/ up to … err… ummm… yeah… Could you repeat the part where you talk about the … uhhh… things?
I agree. Get some decent coverage for the Force.
The Forum needs to learn how to step up to the plate and give the Force a decent article when Kerry is not able to cover them…have Timothy How do the articles if anything else…he’s the one that gets his posted on the Force website…
